Contact Us
Contact before you send
Any message that carries financial details, passwords or scans of identity documents can be read by more than the intended recipient. The form is not an encrypted channel, and no legitimate operator will ever ask a player to transmit banking credentials or a passport copy through it. Treat the form as a tool for questions about games, bonuses and account behaviour — never as a courier for sensitive material.
The team reads and replies in English. Correspondence in English receives the fastest and most complete response. If you write in another language, the reply may be delayed while the team seeks translation, and parts of your question may lose precision in the process.
When the form is the wrong place
If gambling has stopped being a controlled activity, the contact form is not the destination. A player in difficulty should go to the responsible-gambling resources listed on this website and on the operator’s own pages, where self-exclusion tools, deposit limits and direct help organisations are described. Those channels exist to protect the player; the contact form exists to answer product questions, and the two should not be confused.
Do not use the form to request a gambling exclusion or to report a suspected breach of terms. Such matters need a verifiable trail and a named recipient, and the form does not provide either. The relevant help pages explain the proper route, and following them protects the player’s rights more reliably than an informal message.
What happens to a message
Every submission is read by a human member of the team, not by an automated filter. The team answers in English, and the reply arrives by the same channel the message came through. Turnaround depends on the volume of incoming correspondence, so a response may take longer than expected during peak periods; there is no fixed promise of speed attached to any submission.
Messages that contain financial data, passwords or document scans will not be acted upon. The team will discard the sensitive parts and may ask the sender to resubmit without them. Sending such material does not accelerate a request — it stops it, because the team will not process a message that carries avoidable risk to the sender.
- Keep usernames and game questions in the form.
- Keep passwords, card numbers and ID scans off it entirely.
- Keep gambling-difficulty matters on the help pages, where the right tools and contacts live.
Galaxy operates under the same obligation as every licensed operator in this market: the protection of the player comes before the convenience of the question. The form reflects that order, and so should the message you send through it.
